What we collect

• Account details: email, username and anything you add to your profile.
• Listings, messages, saved items and orders you create.
• Delivery addresses you enter at checkout, shared only with the seller of that order.

Optional ID checks

If you choose a manual ID check, we store up to two passport or driving-licence photos privately for authorised clothrr reviewers. Other shoppers cannot see your documents. Buying and selling do not require an ID upload.

Photos are kept while the request awaits review. After a decision, we attempt deletion immediately; failed deletion is retried by the hourly cleanup. We keep the review result, date and a short explanation to manage your tick and any follow-up. A verified tick is not a guarantee against fraud.

The legal basis, review-record retention period and contact for privacy requests still need to be confirmed by clothrr's operator before launch.

Cookies

We only use storage that's essential to keep you signed in and remember recent searches on your device. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can edit your profile any time in Settings.
