How clothrr protects you

Every item is priced at £100 or less, with delivery and buyer fees shown separately. These rules make costs clearer; they do not make any marketplace fraud-free.

Your payment and item check

You have 48 hours after confirmed arrival to check your item. Seller-entered parcel progress does not start the check. Confirm everything is good only when you're happy: doing so ends the check early and makes payment eligible for release.

If something is wrong

Use Report a problem on your order once the parcel is on its way, before confirming everything is good and before the check ends. Explain the issue and add photos when requested. Payment release pauses during review. Refunds depend on the case decision, not just the submission of a report.

Seller payment

Payment becomes eligible after buyer confirmation or the check ends without an issue, subject to payment safety checks and bank setup. Bank arrival is separate from order completion. Posting proof supports a review but is not a guarantee of compensation.

Keep your transaction on clothrr

• Keep all messages and payments on clothrr. Never pay by bank transfer or outside the app.
• Be wary of anyone asking for your email, phone number or to move the chat elsewhere.
• Counterfeit items are not allowed. Report anything you believe is fake.
• Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, used underwear and anything illegal to sell in the UK.

Reporting

Use Report on any listing or profile. Reports enter the moderation queue for review, and listings or accounts may be removed or suspended. Order problems should be reported from the order itself.
