The marketplace

clothrr provides a platform for members to buy and sell items with each other. Sales are made between the buyer and seller; clothrr is not the seller of items listed by members.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Listings

Items must be yours to sell, accurately described and legal to sell in the UK. Each item's listing price is limited to £100, excluding delivery and buyer fees. Counterfeit and prohibited items will be removed.

Delivery

New posted parcels must use Royal Mail with tracking and uploaded posting proof. Sellers buy postage separately and must post within 2 days of payment.

Fees

Listing is free. Buyers pay a buyer protection fee of 50p + 4% of the item price, shown before payment.

Consumer rights

Purchases from private sellers have different protections from purchases from traders. Items must still be as described. Traders selling on clothrr must identify as such and honour statutory consumer rights.
